I am a qualified music teacher, specialising in teaching the clarinet to a high standard.
I teach students at all levels – from beginner through to diploma. And from children aged 8 through to senior school pupils and adults. Some of my current students are adults who are fulfilling a life-long ambition to learn the clarinet.

Tuition takes place in a teaching room that is light and well ventilated.

In the occaional event that it is not possible to get to your normal lesson in person I am able to arrange an online lesson This is not ideal but is always better than missing lessons.

Young and old can play for enjoyment and take exams if they want to, using ABRSM or Trinity exam boards. I prepare students for the essential Grade 5 Theory examination for those wanting to take the higher instrumental grades.
I have over 30 years' experience of teaching young people and adults. From beginners to more experienced players students are excited to see how much progress they can make.
